A standalone Python application wrapping the ResNet-50 retinopathy classifier with a simple Gradio interface, designed to run on mid-range laptops for use in rural screening camps. Released the model weights and code under MIT licence.

A mobile-first web application built for field survey teams to record species counts, GPS coordinates, and pollution measurements during urban biodiversity surveys. Calculates the WUBS score in real time and exports structured CSV for analysis.

Snakemake pipeline automating 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing analysis from raw FASTQ files through QIIME2 denoising, SILVA taxonomy classification, and downstream diversity analysis. Outputs publication-ready figures in R/ggplot2.
